What an incredible week it has been at Vacation Bible School! We've had so much fun singing, playing games, making crafts, and most importantly, looking at the evidence to discover exactly who Jesus is.
Each day, we answered a big spotlight question to learn more about Him:
We hope your children have enjoyed learning these life-changing truths!
Thank you again for sharing your wonderful children with us. It has been an absolute blessing to spend the week with them. If you are looking for more of this for your children and do not have a church home, you are welcome here at Grace. Join us on Sundays at 9 for Sunday School and at 10:15 for Worship. Both hours have something for everyone and for your children we have Bible stories, crafts, songs, games, and snacks just like VBS! We want to support you and your family in teaching your children more about who Jesus is.
You can find all of the photos and recap video from our week down below.
Blessings,

We have had an absolutely fantastic final day of VBS! We wrapped up our amazing week with our last session of fun games, joyful songs, and creative crafts. Our final big message was the most personal one of all: Jesus is God’s Plan for Forgiveness.
Our Bible story today comes from the book of Acts, where Peter boldly stood up and preached to a massive crowd about who Jesus is (Acts 2). He explained that because of our sins—the things we think, say, or do that don't please God—we are separated from Him. But the good news is that Jesus died and rose again to give us grace and redemption. When the people heard this, over 3,000 of them believed, asked for forgiveness, and chose to follow Jesus! It was the perfect reminder of why we all need to respond to Jesus and welcome Him into our hearts.

What a great Day 4 we had at VBS! The energy was high as we enjoyed our games, songs, and crafts. Today, we learned the most central and life-changing message of the week: Jesus is the Proven Son of God.
Our Bible story walked through the powerful account of Jesus' death, burial, and resurrection (Mark 14:43–16:7). While we have spent the week seeing how Jesus did things no ordinary teacher could do—like healing the sick and feeding the multitudes—the ultimate proof of who He is came when He rose from the dead. His resurrection is the undeniable evidence that He is exactly who He claimed to be: our living Savior!
It’s a beautiful message that shows us just how much God loves us and reminds us of the hope and salvation Jesus offers to everyone.

What is the biggest proof we talked about today that shows Jesus is the Son of God?

Day 3 of VBS was another incredible time together! We had a blast with our games, songs, and crafts, and we focused on an amazing message: Jesus is the Powerful Son of God.
Today’s Bible story took us to a mountain near the Sea of Galilee, where huge crowds brought many sick people to the feet of Jesus, and He healed them all (Matthew 15:29-39). Afterward, seeing that the crowd of over 4,000 people had been there for three days and had nothing to eat, Jesus was moved by compassion. Using just seven loaves of bread and a few small fish, He performed a miracle that fed everyone until they were full, with seven large baskets of leftovers!
It’s a wonderful reminder that Jesus is no ordinary teacher—He has the power to do what no one else can, and in His hands, a little is always more than enough.

How did Jesus show His amazing power to the hungry crowd on the mountain today?

We had another wonderful day at VBS! In between all the fun songs, games, and crafts, we learned a very powerful message: Jesus is God’s Perfect Son.
Our Bible story today focused on the baptism of Jesus by John the Baptist (Matthew 3:13-17). We learned that because Jesus is sinless, He didn't need to be baptized for forgiveness. Instead, His baptism showed His obedience to God and marked the beginning of His ministry. It was an incredible moment where the Holy Spirit descended like a dove and God's voice spoke from heaven, declaring, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased." It shows us that Jesus was no ordinary man—He is the perfect Son of God!

What happened after Jesus was baptized that showed everyone He is God's special Son?

We had an amazing first day at VBS! Along with plenty of fun singing songs, playing games, and making crafts, we learned a very important message: Jesus is God’s Promised Son.
Our Bible story today was about a time Jesus asked His disciples two very important questions, including the big one: "Who do you say that I am?" (Matthew 16:13-20). Peter answered faithfully, "You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God." It’s a wonderful reminder that even though Peter wasn't perfect, Jesus knew him completely, loved him deeply, and used him to do great things!
